1. General Information

Welcome to Roots Revival Festival! These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of tickets and merchandise through our website https://rootsrevival.me/. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Ticket Sales and Refund Policy

  • All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the festival is canceled due to unprecedented events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure).
  • In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be informed via email with instructions on refund processing.
  • Tickets are delivered digitally within one business week after purchase.
  • To access the festival, you must present:
    • A printed or digital ticket with a QR code
    • A valid ID or personal document matching the ticket name

3. Payment and Transaction Processing

  • Payments are processed securely through Monri/WSPay.
  • Transactions are immediately deducted from the customer’s account, without pre-authorization or delayed charges.
  • Once the payment is completed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
  • We do not store or process payment details directly—all payments are handled by Monri/WSPay in compliance with PCI DSS security standards.
  • In case of a payment failure, please contact your bank or card issuer before reaching out to our support team.

4. Merchandise Sales and Delivery

  • Merchandise details, including shipping and pick-up options, are provided within each product description.
  • International shipping times may vary based on the destination and carrier availability.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
  • In cases of defective or incorrect merchandise, customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product for an exchange or refund.

5. Event Admission and Rules

  • Festival organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove individuals engaging in disruptive or unlawful behavior.
  • By attending the festival, you agree to follow all safety and security guidelines set by the event organizers.

6. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

  • Unauthorized chargebacks will be investigated, and legal action may be taken if fraudulent claims are detected.
